We are looking for someone who will work with us in Reward & Recognition , People & Culture Team.
Who you are?
· Bachelor's or Master's degree; preferably in economics, mathematics, statistics or engineering;
· Preferably 2-3 years of experience in the related area
· Curious and eager to learn
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with high attention to details
· Strong planning & organizational skills
· Hard working, self-motivated and confident
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Ability to work with a high sense of urgency
· Project management skills is an advantage
· Knowledge of labour contract is an asset
· Fluency in English
· Good level of MS Office knowledge
Responsibilities:
· Contribute in designing, developing and implementing a fair, equitable and transparent compensation packages and policies aligned with the organization's strategy
· Verify the payroll data accuracy and ensure that the payroll process are made on time and in accordance with the company principles and labor law
· Prepare monthly payroll & compensation reports and ad hoc documents requested from employees
· Prepare offers for internal and external candidates.
· Work on annual salary surveys. Analyze results, monitor and track market benchmarks. Responsible for job evaluations.
· Participate in the annual budgeting process and other compensation related programs.
· Run and improve Flexible Benefits and Recognition programs
· Responsible for all reward procedures. Arrange all related vendor agreements
· Provide consultancy and analytical support to both the Reward team and internal clients.
· Take an active role in global projects
