Qualifications:

·  Strong preference for rare disease specific experience, ideally in rare neurodegenerative diseases
·  MD or relevant PhD for the Therapeutic Domain (preferred)
·  MBA / Relevant Business or Market Access (preferred)
·  Min 3 years of related job experience
·  An entrepreneurial mindset and is able to act fast
·  A “system thinker” capability with foot on the ground
·  Ability to learn quickly, and grow to take on new challenges
·  Mobilizing and influencing skills to build and maintain an open and transparent communication with key RC eco-system stakeholders
·  Strong knowledge of market access process with cross-functional experience (preferred)
·  Ability to establish strong collaborations with TAEs and local & global scientific societies maintaining and further developing existing collaborations without having any promotional intent
·  Good command of English

Job Description:

1.Be a function agnostic Eco-system partner acting as the connector between the Eco-system and Roche's internal capabilities and co-creates with the Eco-system to maximize value for personalized solutions
2.Self-organize across geographies into Communities to build continuous insights & co-create for solutions to avoid silos
3.Map related rare disease eco-system
4.Deliver support around patient journey
5.Build trust & credibility with eco-systems
6.Act as enabler for science partnerships without promotional intent
7.Facilitate access & financial planning
8.Create a partnership plan to deliver a personalized solution to eco-system
9.Ensure that all decisions and actions to be taken as per the listed responsibilities herein shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations and Roche rules, values and principles,
10.Safeguards the license to operate as the accountable and ensures the sustainability hence consults where expertise is needed
