The CustomBiotech division is an active international sales organization in the EMEA-LATAM region.The division sells raw materials, reagents and analytical instruments to industrial customers in the pharmaceutical and diagnostics sectors.

In the function of Product Manager CustomBiotech EMEA-LATAM you will be responsible for the following tasks:

In the function of Product Manager CustomBiotech EMEA-LATAM you are responsible for the following tasks:

·  You will drive digitization in processes and marketing channels at CustomBiotech EMEA-LATAM and lead (or participate in) agile and customer-centricteam projects, trying to develop business areas and sales strategies further.
·  You identify growth potential for the responsible product portfolio and analyze markets, market potential and target groups. From this, you will derive business unit-specific strategies and tactics and ensure their implementation to achieve defined sales, profit and other business objectives.
·  You take over the planning of turnover, sales and profit for the product lines for which you areresponsible for.Together with associated interfaces, you will ensure product availability and qualitywhile developingalternatives in bottleneck situations. In global product planning and development, you introduce the requirements of CustomBiotech EMEA-LATAM and manage the interface to IBT CustomBiotech.
·  You will coordinate the implementation of analysis systems with contacts from countries throughout the EMEA-LATAM region.
·  You independently ensure communication and cooperation with internal contacts (e.g. KAM, process managers) as well as with external partners/agencies and customers. You manage the interface to relevant functions from the CB teams in other regions, to the business area and to the EMEA-LATAM region, if necessary in consultation with the departmental management.
·  You will implement, optimize and monitor target group-specific and comprehensive marketing concepts for the CustomBiotech portfolio with a strong focus on digital marketing channels.

Who you are:

·  You think strategically and inspire people with your ideas.
·  You have successfully completed your studies in natural sciences (e.g. biotechnology) and ideally have a doctorate.
·  You have a sound knowledge of the diagnostics, life science and healthcare markets, the Roche Diagnostics portfolio and, in particular, the organisational, scientific and economic processes in diagnostics or pharmaceutical development and production.
·  In recent years you have worked in marketing and product management and have several years of experience in project management and sales support. You have already worked successfully in an international environment, ideally also abroad.
·  You have a broad knowledge regarding the use and control of digital marketing channels.
·  Agile project and customer-centric creative methods are familiar to you and are already successfully applied by you today.
·  Collaboration across hierarchies and organizational units is the key to stable networks that will help us move forward together.
·  You solve difficult situations through your creativity and your ability to look at things critically - even unconventionally.
·  Your communication skills and team competence are highly developed.
·  You speak fluent German, English and ideally another European language
