Job description



·  Job facts

The Procurement Business Support Coordinator delivers 2nd level support and system administration for the Contract Management Systems for European countries.

You will be responsible for:

·  Deliver second level support and system administration for Contract management systems used in European countries

·  Solve incoming queries of the business via the ticketing system, email and phone
·  Align with the respective IT teams/other support functions and local stakeholders during issue resolution.
·  Responsible for conveying business needs and evaluating its criticality towards technical teams; and mediating between the affected business user and IT teams in order to provide the most suitable solution for the business
·  Align separately with business stakeholders during regular alignment calls in order to constantly monitor business needs, local process changes and possible system malfunctions
·  Support system developments and provide testing support to the whole Procure to Pay application (business release testings, UATs)
·  Support new system roll-outs, deployments of new and participate at deployment and project activities (e.g. support deployment team in roll-out preparations and during hypercare period)
·  Deliver trainings and provide consultancy services on existing functionalities of the system to buyers and local procurement colleagues
·  Liaison for process/ system changes. Responsible for recognizing system and process enhancements and aligning with M&E manager in such case.
·  Evaluate enhancement requests, working with IT on proposed design
·  Manage Ariba, SAP SRM and other data tables and coordinate/execute master data maintenance and ensure compliance to audit requirements, coordinate / participate in the audit process as per SOP
·  Reporting & Analytics support (in preparing, customizing, running and automating reports and analysis for the business upon request & supporting end-users creating reports)
·  Increase the degree of process automation with suppliers and local procurement organizations
·  Support content management specialists in procurement related system and process inquiries
·  Support eSourcing specialist in daily activities (daily support and coordinate regular real-time sourcing event creations; e-auctions etc.)
·  Responsible for maintaining and updating process documentations (training materials, SOPs, Knowledge Base articles)

Qualifications

·  You have college or university degree preferably. You have advanced written and spoken command in English.You have experience in Procurement operational or system support (2-3 years). Furthermore you have experience and advanced knowledge of SAP / Ariba.
·  You also have the following skills:
·  analytical capability
·  good IT and Excel skills
·  advanced communication and presentation skills
·  advanced stakeholder management skills
·  experience in Shared Service or Customer Service Centre in a support function is a plus.
