Due to internal movement, an exciting opportunity for an experienced full-time or Part-Time People & Culture Advisor has become available.

You will utilise your knowledge and experience to support our leaders in managing employee and industrial relations issues, develop policies and procedures, assist in implementing employee relations programs that deliver best practice solutions for our employees, whilst achieving commercial outcomes and workplace efficiencies.

You will bring strong generalist HR experience, particularly in the delivery and embedding of HR projects and initiatives. We are looking for a Subject Matter expert in the Australian ER/IR framework, legislation and regulations.

Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture your responsibilities will include:

·  Coach and provide advice on the interpretation of employment legislation, policies, modern awards and employment contracts
·  Lead the management of workplace investigations and provide recommendations for actions
·  Coach and provide advice to People Managers and HRBPs in relation to performance management and disciplinary matters
·  Represent the organisation at tribunals and consult with external legal providers to manage complex employee matters
·  Review the ER Strategic Framework for future relevance
·  Monitor external trends and the legislative, case law and ER/IR environment to ensure a contemporary approach to employee relations and ongoing compliance
