The Operations Coordinator is the driver behind our continued growth and success in service delivery. With our commitment to creating innovative medicines and diagnostic tests that help millions of patients, it's our Operation Coordinator who seek out, develop, and provide direction for improved efficiency and lean of business/IT processes, plans and procedures in our Sales and Commercial area.

We're currently searching for an experienced Operations Coordinator who love to work with different groups of business stakeholders and project teams to drive operational excellence that will transform the way we engage our customers and create more valuable, personalized experiences.

Our ideal candidate is a detailed planner, expert communicator and good executor. He/She should have good exposure in ITIL framework specialized service operation, service transition & continual service improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Ability to cooperate and communicate with people at different organization levels and within multi-disciplinary teams
·  Assist Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
·  Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
·  Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
·  Assist Managers for smooth running of day to day service operation as per SLA as well as maintaining the service lifecycle as per target operating environment
·  Participating in service status meetings, reviewing service operational reports and scorecards and producing management reports to the Leadership team and business stakeholders.
·  Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
·  Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plan for improvements.
·  Provide direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets.
·  Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.
·  Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.
·  Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
·  Assists with regulating the change process so that only approved and validated changes are incorporated into product documents and related software (Jira, Service Now).
·  Assists with managing the release of all changes in the environment including testing and deployment of software updates.

Key Requirements:

·  University Degree or equivalent education
·  8-10 years' of work experience as an IT Professional
·  Incident, change, problem, configuration and process management programs and/or project management.
·  Strong background in IT service management such as ITIL
·  Vendor performance management including KPI-driven activities
·  Familiar with virtual conference and work flexibility with stakeholders from different time zone.
·  Proven analytical abilities e.g. process, data, system
·  Ability to anticipate potential problems, risks, then take actions to mitigate setback and risks
·  Excellent communicator with ability to interact, solicit, communicate effectively and develop relationship with Business Informatics Partners and IT specialist
·  Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance
·  Extensive experience with data visualization and presentation
·  Ability to articulate professionally and gain buy-in from stakeholders.
·  Highly proficient technical writing capabilities.
·  Familiar with Agile methodology
