Facilitate implementation of strategic partnership programs in cooperation with relevant
government agencies and associations to maximize patient access in China.
· Assist in designing and innovating projects in view of company and business based on
understanding of policy environment and trend.
· Be fully sensitive to and monitor policies in terms of healthcare and medicine industry,
developing insights to facilitate project management and business strategy.
· Maintain good relationship and partnership with relevant authorities, agencies, associations
and industry allies.
· Coordinate and cooperate with internal functions in China and Global teams, and integrate with
cross-function resources to maximize achievements.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

· Qualification and Experience 能力与经验
Education/Qualifications 教育程度/所获资格证书
· Bachelor's Degree or above in Pharmacy / Medical related, master is preferred.
Job Required Competencies 岗位所需胜任力
· At least 5 years working experience in pharmaceutical industry
· Skill in effective communication (both oral and writing), coordination, organizing, interpersonal
sensitivity and independent working
· Strong Initiative, accountability, enthusiasm and innovation, willing to take challenges and work
under pressure
· Strong willingness of self-learning and excellent skills in fast-learning
· Fluency in English communication as working language
· Ability to work in a team environment and play as a good team member
