The Medical Quality and Training Associate works collaboratively with the MQT team and the Head of Medical Quality and Training to strengthen, improve and share best practices for GCP/GVP activities and other business processes.You will provide support to strengthen the quality compliance, efficiency and continuous inspection readiness for the Australian affiliate.

Reporting to the Head of Medical Quality and Training, you will be responsible for:

·  Assist with supporting the Quality Management System
·  Provide assistance and inspection readiness of the Medical Affairs department
·  Draft, review and manage Local Procedural Documents and associated systems to enhance Roche Australia Quality Management System
·  Support the MQT team in managing training requirements
·  Contribute to the design and build of the MQT electronic web pages
·  Support the MAP lead with Market Research Programs
·  Support the Head of Medical Quality and Training on special projects as required
·  Administrative support to the MQT team

Previous experience within Medical Affairs function with an interest in the digital space and the desire to build and implement new digital spaces for the MQT team. Good Attention to detail and quality focus will enable you to work collaboratively across the medical affairs team. Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, organisational skills and passion for process improvement will set you up well for success in this role. Clear communication, working with excel spreadsheets, eye for detail, ability to identify and analyse trends, drafting and reviewing procedural documents are all important skills required for this role.
