Job description

Responsibilities

·  Plans and purchases products designated for use in manufacturing replenishment, new product launches, and sales to customers. Analyzes inventory to ensure consistency with production plan and company inventory policies. Interfaces with Finance to report financial impact. Works closely with vendors, purchasing, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
·  Monitors all incoming electronic sales orders from distribution centers and affiliates. Enters internal and external customer sales orders in SAP. Confirms product availability and negotiates alternative solutions when appropriate. Interacts with external and internal customers, material planners, and warehouse staff to ensure items arrive on-time.
·  Runs SAP open order reports and distributes to internal departments to ensure on-time delivery of line items. Checks for released batches on a daily basis to identify inventory available for shipment.
·  Can write and/or revise department Standard Operating Procedures to ensure key processes are documented and compliant with regulatory and corporate requirements.
·  May reviews SAP/MRP demands to convert planned orders to purchase orders.
·  Implements effectively dates of document changes.
·  Can maintain material master data in SAP.
·  May attend product launch meetings or replenishment meetings to obtain tasks relating to new codes or information related to replenishment demands.
·  May be required to updates Trackwise and SAP for implementation of revisions / changes.
·  Prepare, process and follow up on execution of material destruction notifications.

Qualifications:

Formal Training/ Education

Required:

·  Associate's Degree- Associates' degree in Business Administration or related field.
·  2 years: 2-4 Years related field.
·  SAP

Preferred:

·  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
·  3 years: 3-5 Years related field.
·  CPIM Certification
