Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and results oriented team to cover maternity leave (1 year fixed-term). In this role you will be responsible for providing a great customer experience, planning, managing and coordinating the flow of materials from customer order to delivery.

Reporting to theOperations Manager,you will use your expertise to:

·  Oversee automated ordering process
·  Manage customer queries including reverse logistics
·  Process customer orders
·  Administer internal telephony and customer reception
·  Manual order processing
·  Analyzing and reporting order data

An ideal candidate must have:

·  At least 2 years experience in Sales and Distribution
·  Experience in SAP will be advantageous
·  Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft Office tools
·  Customer service experience with “can do” attitude
·  Great attention to detail and multitasking.
·  Be proactive and action orientated.
·  Strong communication, both written and verbal
·  Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external business partners
