Legal, Tenders & Compliance Intern @ Roche Farmacêutica, Portugal

Are you a recent graduate or you have just finished your training? Are you looking for a first work experience opportunity like an internship? If so, this is a great opportunity to join the Legal, Tenders & Compliance team at Roche Farmacêutica for a 12 months internship program!

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on key projects within Legal, Tenders & Compliance team. Our internship will allow you to know our business, as well as provide opportunities for personal and professional development, by giving support to the LTC team, with a main focus in the Tenders area, learning and experiencing how a global healthcare company works.

The content of your internship will vary and will cover a whole range of areas including:

·  Tendering process from the call for tender stage until the award of contract;
·  Organizing, maintaining, updating and analyzing data related to tendering process;
·  Contracts, agreements and other legal documents;
·  Internal policies and procedures;
·  Compliance and training;
·  Data protection;
·  Legal/Compliance advice and guidance.

Requirements

·  Degree in Law;
·  Knowledge of the Public Contracts Code is essential;
·  Good writing and verbal communication skills;
·  Teamwork, collaboration, desire to learn, good communication and interpersonal skills;
·  Technical skills (MS Office, Google, etc).
·  Native level of Portuguese language;
·  Fluent in speaking, reading and writing in English;
