The solution area Organizational Development is seeking a Learning and Organizational Development Expert with solid OD and Change Management expertise. You will have the opportunity to transform business needs into high-impact, innovative and meaningful learning and organization development solutions with the goal to deliver excellence and extraordinary results in line with the business objectives.
Your key responsibilities are:

Assess needs and analyze opportunities, design and implement leadership and organizational effectiveness journeys and interventions, evaluate outcomes
·
Closely collaborate with HR Business Partners and Line Managers, internal and external L&OD experts and collaborate for business focused outcomes
·
Partner with internal and external experts for key topics like Agility, Leadership Effectiveness, Organizational Effectiveness, Change leadership and Innovation
You have a University degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Adult Learning or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years relevant consulting and organizational change experience in a global organization of similar size and complexity.
Your further qualifications are:

Expertise in large scale change, organizational design and development, team and culture development, and you are familiar with latest trends and state of the art solutions in the L&OD environment

Strong facilitation, consulting and coaching skills
·
Experience to work on different levels in a larger organization with proven negotiation and conflict-resolution skills, capability to work successfully in an highly complex and matrix environment
·
Demonstrated courage and ability to face into ambiguous situations, push back and challenge the status quo
·
Pharmaceutical experience beneficial, fluent in English with excellent presentation and communication skills, other languages (German) would be a plus
