·  Job facts

·  Partners Closely with Leaders of the Assigned TA to Plan and Develops the Learning and Development Plan for the TA:
·  Obtains thorough understanding of the TA's external and internal Business environment including its Business strategies, products, talent landscape, and relevant external trends; develops a clear picture of the opportunities, challenges, and implications for the TA's employee learning and development
·  Identifies the current and future capability and knowledge gaps critical to achieving the TA's business goals; works with TA stakeholders to prioritize and agree on areas of learning and development focus and investment for the TA
·  Formulates the learning & development framework for the TA and develops executable and measurable learning & development total solutions
·  Plans and manages budgets, identifies and takes actions on potential areas of cost synergy to improve both client experience and resource utilization

·  Performs as A Resource Integrator for the TA to Manage and Ensure the Fulfillment of Learning & Development Total Solutions:
·  Assign TA to define key resources, working process, and deliverables for learning and development solutions
·  Integrates appropriate internal and external resources by cooperating with Design Center, Learning Excellence & Operations, in-field trainers, CMA, Medical, Marketing, and external vendors for design and delivery of learning & development solutions
·  Customizes existing Learning & Development solutions (created by the Design Center) with TA elements to better cater to TA's context
·  For TA-specific needs, besides integrating resources, conducts the solution designs and seeks necessary help from the Design Center Supports in-field trainers to deliver training programs as needed

·  Optimizes the Effectiveness and Efficiency of the Learning & Development Solutions:
·  Regularly reviews and improves the learning & development solutions to proactively keep up with changes in the TA's Business
·  Continuously looks for opportunities to enhance Learning Organization's processes and mechanisms to better leverage and share resources, facilitate smooth cooperation with in-field trainers, Design Center, and Learning Excellence & Operations
·  Conducts regular information-sharing sessions with the internal Learning & Development community to exchange information, experience, resources and identify cross-TA needs
