Day Shift

Job Summary:

Responsibilities

·  Organizes, conducts, and monitors laboratory compliance activity. Responsible for CTU alarm response and resolution, and ensuring compliant laboratory practices.
·  Participates in routine lab maintenance, lab safety, ISO and QSR implementation.
·  Establishes as appropriateinternal/cross-functional/customerrelationships.
·  Monitors lab supply inventory, generates expense purchase requisitions, inputs production data and other work-output data into appropriate network (e.g. SAP, RAM, etc.) or departmental database, and maintains documentation in accordance with established procedures.
·  Participates in internal/external teams and relationships.
·  Creates/reviews/maintainsasset inductions, general change requests, and equipment records within the Regulatory Asset Management system.
·  Assist in the areas of equipment compliance and calibration.
·  Is part of a customer service team, which provides support with equipment compliance, acquiring new equipment and transfer of equipment throughout the site.
·  Oversees and manages vendor services/repairs for equipment in support of manufacturing and testing groups throughout the site. .
·  Attends and participates in meetings which involve the company's corporate culture.
·  Identifies and implements process improvements principles. Represents the area in project based activities to support departmental goals.
·  Conducts area investigations by writing evaluations to document non-conformance events when they occur.
·  Keeps supervisor leader informed of equipment status, particularly of significant observations and results in critical areas

Qualifications:

Education Level

·  Minimum (required ): Associates degree
·  Preferred: Bachelor's Degree

Job-related Experience:

·  Minimum (required ): 2 years - 0-2 Years General laboratory experience. Basic GMP Knowledge.
·  Equivalent Combination of education and work experience acceptable.

Other Qualifications :

·  Demonstrates ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Directions for Testing (DFT) documents. Demonstrates competence in reading and completing charts, forms, and other documents. Ability to use personal computer with basic word-processing and spreadsheet applications. Good written and verbal communication skills highly desirable.
