In the role as Key Account Manager you will be responsible to achieve the promoted product sales and Roche Diabetes Care goals, by managing key account customer in the retail market and/or Institutions in order to improve RDC presence and build long-term relationship with customers which will lead to solid business. You will furthermore drive business success, based on product innovation and medical value promotion to customers. You will also maximize opportunities of channel-filling and adoption of new customers. Interact with customers as per the Roche values displaying a sense of trust and credibility.

Your main responsibilities also include:

Identify new possible opportunities within the existing business environment in order to further grow the business

· 
Implements the necessary commercial activities, to meet the related strategic KPIs of assigned products

· 
Manage key accounts comprehensively and secure customer loyalty by highlighting differentiation and excellence in service

· 
Monitor the market and the customers in order to react effectively and proactively to any changes that impose necessary actions

· 
Ensure ongoing liaison, interaction and communication with customers and specifically key responsible contacts in order to provide customer service excellence

· 
Maintain best-in-class working relationships with customers, with a permanent market presence and timely follow-up

· 
Implement sales strategy with key marketing messages

· 
Work with cross functional teams to leverage resources and share information and best practices

· 
Share experiences with peers

· 
Reports visit outcomes and market challenges to line manager on a timely basis

Who you are

You have at least 3-4 years' experience in sales, marketing management and preferably with people management in a healthcare environment. You hold a University/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. You have education from the Healthcare sector or a sales related higher education.
