Business Analyst

What your key responsibilities will be:

·  SAP FI, MM module related call (Ticketing tool) and incident (HPSM, HP ALM) handling, coordination and execution of SAP release activities
·  2nd level evaluation of user requests based on ITIL methodology and prioritization towards IT accordingly
·  conduct end user and professional training to the organization
·  soft configuration of Opentext related tables
·  establish strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to understand their business needs
·  identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in the implementation
·  participate in technology projects, providing functional analysis and testing and scripted regression testing

Requirements:

·  bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance
·  1-3 years of financial accounting experience
·  fluency in English
·  effective analytical skills
·  excellent written and verbal communication skills
·  service orientation
·  SAP knowledge
