The Role:

Assumes the responsibility for day-to-day projects and tasks to provide strategic support to department leadership and to drive overall business effectiveness within the area supported. By acting as a strategic partner with business leaders, this role is a trusted advisor who enables leadership success and expands the team's bandwidth and resources by effectively driving internal/external communications, facilitating effective meetings, and leading important projects. This position will also take ownership of integrating new employees within the teams they support, to ensure the employees have a positive experience and are effectively connected to the resources needed to succeed in their roles. This roles builds and maintains important partnerships across the organization, and stays updated on current events and company initiatives that impact the team.

Requires broad and comprehensive experience, skill, and knowledge of organization policies, practices, and procedures. Works independently on assignments related to corporate affairs and exercises considerable discretion and independent judgment. Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving department functions. Leads or participates in project initiatives and acts as a subject matter expert to other administrative partners. Generally, supports a member of the North American Executive Leadership Team.

Job Facts:

·  Prepares and analyzes complex trends, reports, and presentations drawing data from a variety of sources. Prepares budget and project reports as required. Makes data-driven recommendations.
·  Manages the preparation processes for internal/external meetings including the logistics, presentations, and content. Ensures meetings have structure and time is well spent.
·  Builds and maintains strategic relationships across the business in order to effectively learn and leverage company resources to drive business effectiveness within the department.
·  Proposes and executes continuous improvement solutions within the department in order to drive business effectiveness. Makes data-driven recommendations to streamline operations.
·  Prepares and initiates routine and non-routine internal/external correspondence and memoranda. Responsible for the release of a variety of complex communications and information that affect a unit of the organization.
·  Strategically manages a leader's time, looking for opportunities to reprioritize and maximize the leader's effectiveness.
·  Stewards candidate interviewing and new hire onboarding activities within the department.
·  Leads/coordinates special projects and initiatives as assigned.
·  Schedules appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries and coordinates related arrangements. Attends meetings, records and distributes meeting minutes.

Who You Are:

·  Two years administrative experience that includes providing support to a senior leader of an organization preferred.
·  Bachelors Degree in Business or related field preferred.
·  Strong organization and planning skills.
·  Ability to handle multiple functions at one time.
·  Efficient and effective oral and written communications skills.
·  Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Mail/Calendar.
·  Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and employ advanced reasoning skills.
·  Well developed analytical and problem solving skills.
·  Requires ability to work with highly confidential information.
