Shape the clinical ecosystem for a specific therapeutic area through collaborations and creating / leveraging networks with external stakeholders to ensure fast access with better outcomes for more patients.

Proactively identifies ecosystem issues, opportunities and trends and brings these customer insight into the squad for development of strategy/ VP for a specific therapeutic area.

Communicates the value of Roche medicines and services to key stakeholders.

Protagonist in the execution of SQUAD strategy.

Skills / Expertise

·  Havein-depth expertise for a specific therapeutic area
·  Good knowledge about data generation, digital health and PHC.
·  Good knowledge inhow clinical decisions are made in the local clinical ecosystem
·  Properunderstanding ofpharma businessandother functions.
·  Agileprinciples and methodologies (incinnovation, creativity, designthinking).
·  Negotiation. Assertiveness, influencing skills, managing difficultsituations.
·  Fluentenglish(written and spoken)
