The HR Services (HRS) department brings its purpose to life by providing our colleagues worldwide with integrated HR solutions tailored to their needs. The HRS teams deliver customer service and advisory support to HR and business partners on global HR systems and processes, ensuring end-to-end process completion in line with our customer-focused principles. We are a team that works very closely together to ensure good employee relations, anticipate our customers' future needs, and proactively develop solutions.

Your day to day responsibilities will be:

As a HR System / HRIS Analyst (HRIS = Human Resource Information System) you will work closely with internal Human Resources, People Support Solutions and Human Resources IT staff, business leaders and HR system vendors to effectively meet the HR technology needs of the organization. You will partner with global and local counterparts to represent business needs within the larger global People Support Solutions organization.

Main tasks including but not limited to:

·  Supporting and maintaining the Human Capital Management (HCM) system
·  Acting as a technical/functional point-of-contact for HR users and related business groups
·  Providing application support activities including release management, application optimization, system role assignments/access, gathering requirements and specifications from users, creating specification documents, testing, working with HR and IT teams to configure enhancements in system
·  Providing troubleshooting support, incident and problem resolution
·  Partnering with local and global teams on the implementation of new systems and initiatives
·  Supporting the development of training content and delivery as needed
·  Monitoring HR business process health based on monitoring reports, trend analysis and deviations from standards
·  Owning and managing continuous improvement portfolio
·  Training and coaching colleagues.

·  Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources or a related field
·  1+ year experience as HRIS Analyst, HR Business Analyst, or similar role
·  Knowledge of Workday (other HR systems) and related HR Processes
·  Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
