Business Systems Analyst - IT Software

The role of the IT Security/Privacy Tools Business Analyst is a partner for customers. The role is to ensure and improve the overall quality of IT systems throughout their lifecycle with a focus on compliance with regulatory, legal and finance requirements. You are a customer-focused, highly collaborative individual who enjoys working in a delivery environment. to advance existing emerging business and critical technology according to Roche needs.

Job Description:

·  Engage with the business in requirement discussions to ensure our solutions address business needs
·  Work with key stakeholders from both business and IT to support “As Is” and “To Be” business process engineering
·  Translation of business processes and needs into specifications and creating appropriate system documentation
·  Ensure adherence to applicable policies and standards governing project delivery, CSV, validation and regulatory standards
·  Work closely with developers to ensure successful transformation of business requirements into technical design / solution
·  Consult team with input into operational delivery, planning and cross project alignment

Qualifications:

·  Bachelors degree in relevant area or equivalent experience
·  Knowledge of pharmaceutical processes, including Risk Management and Security a plus
·  Proven experience in gathering user and functional requirements analysis and the technical skills to translate into functional design.
·  Ability to author lifecycle documentation (e.g. User Requirements Specification, Functional Specifications)
·  Experience with software development methodologies.
·  Experience with Pega Business Processes Management software a plus
·  Excellent presentation, meeting facilitation and communications skills
·  Fluent in written and spoken English
·  Ability to work outside the standard office hours and according to different time zones as required. Highly desired if you have a background in data analysis with an understanding of information flow methods (CRUD) and master data management principles including data standards and master data governance
