As part of the "Business Process Engineering" team, you ensure that the applications we use are available for the business processes of site logistics. You are part of the support team and handle corresponding support requests from the business process. In this team, you will ensure the function of first level support and be the link between the business users and IT. In addition to supporting the incident process, you also handle changes that are made to the system by the business users. As part of the team you will support the lifecycle operational management and maintenance of the systems. You know how to tackle tasks and implement them in compliance. Coordination within the team is very important.

Further main responsibilities include :

·  Ensure the availability of the application in cooperation with the relevant specialist groups and quality functions
·  Manage incidents as first level support and coordination of incidents between the relevant partners (business process owners, customers, IT, QA, software suppliers, hardware suppliers, etc.)
·  Responsible for the request management with the tasks of a business analyst to coordinate requirements with the business process owners and relevant specialist groups and other partners. Setting up the request and checking the requirements in terms of risk, influence, budget, deadline, feasibility, lifecycle, etc.
·  Manage Master data and application customizing setups, create and/or update technical training documents, instructions, operating documents etc.
·  Monitor and control the relevant processes and procedures of the system and support the CSV Validation: Ensuring the System Validation and the qualification of peripheral devices

Who you are?

You have an apprenticeship in IT or similar and several years of experience in a similar role. You love to work in teams and have experience in support, change and release management.

In addition, you will bring the following skills and experience:

·  IT-Training in the following areas: support, requirements engineering, change and release management, project management
·  Experience and/or training in: Computer Software Validation
·  Experience with SAP modules: SAP EWM (Warehouse Management), SAP YL (Yard Management), SAP TM (Transport Management), SAP Event Management, SAP DAS, SAP GTS, SAP Adobe Document server.
·  Independent personality with high social competence, willingness to provide services and sense of duty.
·  Very good written and spoken German and English skill
