MAIN PURPOSE

Under the management of the Communication Manager, the VIE - Communication Budget Analyst & Planner is responsible of the coordination of the budget management, analyzing the data coming from the digital media campaigns and the transversal planning management for all big projects of the subsidiary.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Communication Budget Analysis

·  In charge of the consolidation of the Advertising and Promotion budget, including a monthly reporting
·  Work closely with the Richemont finance team and the Cartier team members that are managing a budget and help to implement new tools to optimize the way of following up the budget.

 

Analysing the results coming from the media campaigns

·  Work closely with the communication manager and the media specialist and follow the digital strategy across channels and analyze the results of each of them.
·  Evaluate media campaigns and programs from multiple data sources, giving recommendations.
·  Optimize active digital campaigns to achieve optimal success as measured by standard digital KPIs (CTR, CPM, CPCs) while respecting the Cartier media guidelines.
·  Analyze the results of the SEO / SEA campaigns for brand and partners according to the local key word strategy.
·  Analyse the dash boards received by the media agencies in a monthly basis.

 

Transversal planning for all big projects of the subsidiary

·  Work closely with the local teams and coordinate the planning of the transversal projects for the subsidiary. 
·  Implement tools to help the teams to collaborate together in a more close way

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

·  Bachelor degree with major in finance and digital marketing.
·  Proven experience managing budgets in an efficient manner on major platforms
·  Strong IT literacy including full proficiency in Excel, SAP and Google Analytic certification
·  Solid traditional media experience with an emphasis on print with digital knowledge including web, mobile and social media.
·  Strong presentation skills. Proven ability to communicate complex, technical concepts to broad based
·  Analytic and synthetic skills; proactively offers recommendations
·  Team player with strong interpersonal, effective and compelling writing and presentation skills
·  Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
·  Must be an entrepreneurial, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
·  Fluent in English –French knowledge would be an interesting add on
·  Capacity to adapt and develop in a complex and changing international environment

 

Eligibility to the VIE Program

·  Candidates between 18 and 28 years old
·  Nationals of Member States of the European Economic Area (EAA), who have fulfilled their national service obligations
