MAIN PURPOSE
In this role the VIE sill support the implementation of all client projects in all networks (Boutiques / Watch partners / e-commerce) in Cartier Northern Europe subsidiary (Germany / Austria / Czech Republic and Eastern European countries) to build and strengthen client relationships
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide analysis and presentations to follow up business development per client target (e.g. loyalty program, specific customer-targeted action plan...)
· Animate database to ensure data quality and follow clientelling opportunities
· Build and implement specific client service programs for all networks and in close collaboration with all departments (logistics, service platform, commercial etc.)
· Set-up and follow-up campaign management (e.g. gifting plan, mailings, customer experience barometer…)
· Ensure long-term relations with intermediaries or external client partners
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Master’s degree in the field of management
· Good knowledge of English and German (French is a plus)
· Analytical skills and excellent know-how of MS Office and business intelligence tools
· Strong interpersonal and communicational skills
· First professional experience in fashion or luxury retailers as a plus
· Curiosity / adaptability and hands-on mindset
ELIGIBILITY TO THE VIE PROGRAM
· Candidates between 18 and 28 years old
· Nationals of Member States of the European Economic Area (EAA), who have fulfilled their national service obligations
