Training Manager

 

Vacheron Constantin training manager to lead our learning and development strategy, manage its implementation and measures the improvement.

Training manager will be responsible for evaluating our needs and current practices and creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources such as online modules and guides. The ideal candidate will be a confident public speaker and a devoted educator who is up-to-date on the latest tools and resources needed to improve employee training and performance. The trainer will also be responsible for researching and selecting the best platform to deliver and utilize training materials.He or she would be passionate about learning, sharing information and cultivating employee’s skills and knowledge. Training for business partners’ employees should be also covered. He or she reports to brand director and training team of HQ.

 

Responsibilities

·  Work with management to identify training needs
·  Schedule appropriate training sessions ( Domestic, Overseas )
·  Plan and manage training budget
·  Organize Seminars, Workshops, External Lectures, Field Training and etc.
·  Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources to help our employees to develop their skills and knowledge
·  Train and guide new employees
·  Conduct evaluations and identify areas of improvement
·  Prepare and develop training materials ( hard copy, soft copy )
·  Monitor and review individual’s activities and performance after training
·  Conduct evaluations and identify areas of improvement
·  Coach in field and give feedback
·  Develop localized and customized ‘Art of Selling’ in POS ( Internal Boutique, Duty Free Boutique, Retailer’s POS)
·  Manage ‘Mystery Shopping’ execution by cooperation with HQ and plan for improvement according to the analysis of its result
·  Manage online training and certificate
·  Sharing boutique best practice

 

Requirement and qualification

 

At least 7 years of experience in retail or hospitality environment, preferably in luxury

·  Excellent leadership
·  Strict adherence to maison values/mission statement/sales goals
·  Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
·  Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
·  Excellent leadership, team building, and project management skills
·  Passionate and positive attitude
·  Very good English language skills
