MAIN PURPOSE
The purpose of the position is to be in charge of implement WS training programs in a high standard and manage training programs in order to ensure the organization achieves the highest level of its business goal.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure all training programs are undertaken in effective and efficient manner and people development objectives are met in full.
Identify training needs and preparing the yearly off / on-the-job training programs upon business needs.
Ensure all off & on-the-job training logistic support in a high standard in line with team standard.
Conduct regular boutique & POS visit and make necessary recommendations for improvement.
Develop training material to trade partner in line with business objectives.
Well manage and control WS training budget. Make sure budget allocation and in line with annual target and plan
JOB PROFILE ( FOR RECRUITMENT PURPOSE ONLY)
• Education: University degree at lowest;
• Experience: at least 3-5 year training background with solid course delivery experience, preferably in Watch industry,
• Behavioral competencies: Detailed & self-managed; driving for excellence;
• Skills required: proficient in presentation / facilitation; good in MS office software; fluent in English; Good interpersonal skills.
