As our Talent Sourcer for the Swiss market you are the 'guru' for all things talent and recruitment related. Collaborating with your wider HR team, you will be responsible to design and drive the talent strategy for your market through proposing initiatives and ideas that leverage across areas of recruitment marketing, talent acquisition and candidate experience.

·  Our recruitment function is only 4 years old! Therefore as our new Talent Sourcer your ability to come on board and have immediate impact in shaping and growing a talent function is truly possible. From stretch projects (outside of recruiting) to implementing your own ideas this role will be about your ability to drive your talent function but also discover other areas of potential you will have

 

·  Unlike many Talent Acquisition functions who cover the end to end process we prefer a collaborative approach and ensure both you (the Talent Sourcer!), your HR Manager and your Hiring Manager work as a unit to successfully drive each hire. Through this collaborative approach you also have time to hone and perfect your sourcing skills (and many others!) so you are becoming a true talent expert

 

·  Your scope is by no means narrow as you will be exposed to recruiting across a diverse range of Maisons who each have their unique personality and DNA.  One day is never the same as your roles, locations and stakeholders will always vary ensuring you are kept on your toes and learning new things every day. Whilst you may work for Richemont, you are considered a true member of each Maison family due to the close relationships you build.

 

What will help you on your road to success?

 

·  You will be inherently curious and will have a strong interest in everything sourcing and recruiting related. From identifying new systems to rolling out initiatives your passion and curiosity for this area will ensure you make the most of your experience. We love new ideas and look forward to hearing yours! 

 

·  Managing daily recruiting alongside your diverse projects means your days will go fast!  You will have a lot of responsibility and therefore your experience in managing priorities and objectives will be crucial. There will always be unexpected changes to your day (which we know is life!) but to manage both effectively through solid planning and good communication will be your recipe for success

 

·  Working in Switzerland is to be in a real hub of diverse nationalities! From recruiting Sales in Zurich to Marketing Managers in Geneva, your comfort in speaking English, German and French will be a real asset. Do not worry if you do not speak all 3 fluently, we simply ask that you are at ease with conversational level.
