SUMMARY
· Support the development of the Regional High Jewellery business
· Assist local markets to achieve the High Jewellery sales objectives, ensuring qualitative and sustainable growth
· Curate client experiences and relationship journeys, including planning of High Jewellery events and local initiatives
· Support HJ Business Development to recognize and reach out to prospective clients
· Ensure pristine client service and ultimate client satisfaction
· Monitor the client treatment budget
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Strategy and Performance
Drive the development of the High Jewellery business
·
· Achieve planned High Jewellery objectives with short and long-term action plans
· Provide regular reports and qualitative feedback
· Leverage resources and expertise from other departments, including the Regional Asia and HQ teams
· High Jewellery event management
Curate client experiences and relationships
·
· Forecast and monitor client treatment budget with regular reports
· Propose calculated events targets based on investment
· Evaluating and validating potential clients in collaboration with the retail teams
· Coordinating complete event experiences
· Recommending and tailoring unique experiences
· Support client travel and lifestyle requests
· Resolve any arising issues whenever they occur, including foresight to engineer tools or procedures as preventative measures
· Client Development
Discover and pursue recruitment opportunities, while boosting loyalty

· Support HJ Business Development in identifying potential opportunities to recruit and boost loyalty
· Ensure adequate attention and outstanding treatment for all client types
· Work with individual talents on action plans to strengthen client relations and secure sales, in collaboration with HJ business development
· Setting individual targets and overall expectations with retail teams and management
· Improving response rates
· Fostering opportunities to strengthen and build client relations
· Back UP Merchandising and operations support
· Manage assigned Special Projects
