STORE PLANNING, PROJECT COORDINATOR - NEW YORK

 

JOB FUNCTIONS:

The Store Planning Project Coordinator will work closely with the Store Planning Project Managers and Director of Store Planning in the new project submissions, Design Development, Production and installation coordination and project completion for the Espaces (shop-in-shops), budgeting as well as the maintenance of existing ones.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·  Coordinate site surveys with Stores and survey company or Millworkers.
·  Assist on gathering drawings, photos, Market presentation and Approved NSF for submitting to International Approval
·  Track and update Master file with project schedules and costs
·  Assist Project Managers with ordering Central Supply Items, coordinate shipping, tracking costs and schedule.
·  Coordinates and communicates with the visual team to ensure graphics and display materials are ordered and delivered on time for the store opening.
·  To ensure the Repair& Maintenance processes with all the retailers to keep always the Espaces in a perfect shape   
·  Coordinate Repair & Maintenance between VM Team, Millworker and stores
·  Assists with gathering information for Espace Agreements
·  Assists with setting up new vendors in the system
·  Assist Store Planning Managers with occasional punch lists and follow up with Millworker on completion of punch items.
·  Coordinate Professional Photographer after project completion.

 

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

·  Minimum 2+ years of professional experience. Retail experience in Luxury industry is preferred.
·  Design/architecture background demonstrating knowledge of multiple creative and technical disciplines
·  Creative vision centered on design and architecture
·  Ability to read and comprehend construction documents
·  Communicates effectively, both verbally and through drawings and sketches
·  Ability to prioritize and work independently
·  Ability to effectively manage multiple projects
·  Strong organizational and time management skills
·  Some traveling required
·  Microsoft Office (Power point, Word, Excel, Project)
·  Photoshop
·  AutoCad knowledge is a must
