Montblanc – Assistant Boutique Manager Bicester Village

(Permanent Full-Time)

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As a key member of the management team for Montblanc, you are responsible for working closely alongside the Boutique Manager in order to lead the Bicester Village team to success. A primary focus for this position will involve developing, driving and maintaining sales targets as well as high levels of customer service.

Working within such a dynamic and fast paced environment, it will be important to analyse customer traffic and elevate of our conversion and CRM opportunities. You will be expected to play an active role in nurturing a clientelling culture amongst the team whilst executing marketing activities inside the boutique.

You will play a substantial part in managing an efficient customer experience within our boutique; ensuring adequate staff coverage on the shop floor and continuous personnel planning. You may also be required to partake in Sales Associate activities during exceptionally busy periods.

Montblanc offers a vast array of products from writing instruments and stationary to watches and luxury accessories. We require individuals who are passionate and curious about our maison. You will be expected to become an expert in your field – setting a high standard of excellence for the rest of your team.

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

You will portray a strong attitude of ownership for the retail results and display a constant drive to provide quality support.  Having a strong attention to detail will enable you to ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner, as well as conducting admin/reporting related tasks efficiently and to a high standard.

We are seeking someone with a proactive and energetic attitude, engaging with their colleagues and inspiring the team to push for excellence in all aspects of their role. Having the ability to adapt and understand a wide variety of cultures, personalities and motivations, will support you with goal setting and coaching.

It is important for this individual to have previous managerial experience within a customer service/retail business and a strong luxury affiliation. Prior exposure to Bicester Village would be preferable, as this is a unique outlet environment with an internationally diverse clientele.
