Reports to: Senior Logistics Manager

Responsibilities & Accountabilities
1. Transfer order processing and follow up

- Liaise with merchandiser team to check stock availability
- Be responsible for all outbound order creating and follow up in system (M3)
- To check pick & pack lead-time and reply retail boutiques for estimated on floor date
- To Coordinate & Monitor of accurate order processing
- Be responsible for all un-necessary auto replenishment order cancellation in M3. Such as when shop closed, model stock closed, still need to manually switch off outstanding demands (DOP) due to time lag in M3.

 

2. Purchase order processing and follow up

- Liaise with VM, retail admin, merchandiser team to create purchase order in system (M3)
- Be responsible for following delivery

 

3. daily operation follow up

-To participate cycle count with warehouse team, internal and external audit team
-To make sure all departments are aware of the goods book in from warehouse yesterday via warehouse daily inbound report. And make sure all retail shops are aware of the shipment to be received in the following days via warehouse daily dispatch report.
-Co-ordinate with merchandiser team / shops / warehouse for hang tag re-printing and distribution

 

Requirements

- Excellent communication skill both internal and external
- Self-initiated, quick learner and good data analysis capability
- Good at MS office skills
- Detail Oriented
