KEY RESULT AREAS AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate normally import & export shipments
Preparing the pre-alerts for import shipments (4 times per week)
Arrange the invoices and preparing the report to each brand
Collect the custom declaration
Daily tax download from single window website
Filling the documents
Monitor shipments reception in system
Update cargo report
Handling customs and brands’ requirement
DIMENSIONS
JOB PROFILE (FOR RECRUITMENT PURPOSE ONLY)
Education
College degree or above
Major in International Trading, Forwarding OR Customs Formalities is preferable
Experience
2-5 years related experience is preferable
Skills required
Familiar with import flow, has good knowledge on HS coding & import permit/license
Good at written English
Good MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Good multi-task handling, and trouble shooting skills
