Job description

Your mission:
Manage operations for the Cartier leather straps supply chain and coordinate with central (Manufacture, IT, Marketing) and local teams (markets, platforms) as well as suppliers.
Your responsibilities:
Supply / Management of supplier portfolio and relationship: (30%)
· Be the main contact with the three suppliers and follow-up on all supply related subjects
· Challenge supplier on leadtimes, service rate and purchase prices
· Manage ex-bestsellers
Demand / Participation to the watch launches and animation initiatives: (20%)
· Follow up the launch plan with Manufacture and Marketing to define the associated straps offer (colors, size, materials)
· Liaise with suppliers and markets for straps launch assortments and volume estimates
· Make sure digital configurators are ready for the activation date
· Support Manager during annual review of best-seller lists
Distribution / Definition and endorsement of the stock objectives; operational support and follow-up to markets: (30%)
· Ensure that the stock value is under control and reaches the defined objective
· Review MRP and boutique assortments
· Elaborate and coordinate destocking and destruction plans (supplier, central, local)
· Answer specific questions relating to straps in support of the Client Service (technical, quality, etc.)
· Communicate on shortages, KPIs, launches, etc.
Analyses & KPIs & continuous improvement projects: (20%)
· Build KPIs and dashboards (PowerBI) to properly monitor sales & stocks
· Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures
· Challenge actual processes, methods and tools ; identify action plans and implement solutions
· Make required analyses and diagnostics
· Implement Predictive Analysis
Your profile:
· Master degree in engineering with strong mathematical background. Supply Chain specialization a plus.
· Robust analytical and mathematical abilities, extreme accuracy
· Extensive expertise in Excel (PowerBi a plus) and Powerpoint
· Fluency in French & English
· Preferably previous experience in an international company (luxury a plus)
