Job Purpose:
WHOLESALE Executive is to ensure achieving sales target by allocating timely available products to POS in the short term; he/she is also responsible for, by serving as an intermediary between brand and dealers, building sound partnership and smoothly implementing planned in the long term.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Key responsibility 1
Wholesales Channel Management in order, sales, repair service, VM, partners’ staff training as 360’ angles
· Domestic Retail partners ( dealers)
· Duty Free agent
· Duty Free POS
· Department store
To lead domestic wholesales performance with retail partners ( Wholesales dealers) to achieve Maison’s
yearly target.
To maximize sales opportunities and look for potential opportunities in wholesale(Retail Partners, External
boutique) in local market and travel retail market

Analyze wholesales sales trend and create WS report
Analyze the performance records and interpreting outcomes of overall sales and stock with sales team Analyze the requests from WS other parties and related sales forcing subjects for proposals very nicely
WS Monthly Sales/ WS Stock/ WS Sell IN/OUT Report
Monthly sales comment – qualitative sales comment on POS & on competitors in the POS

Order forecast and Product allocation in wholesale
To allocate appropriate quantity out of available products to dealers based on weekly orders, sell-in & sell-out balance, financial status, and other specific decisions by company. Achieving sales target is a must-be-reached constraint.

Upgrade Visibility in wholesale network
Responsible for brand visibility in each POS in good condition.
- Product visibility : minimum level of inventories & assortment guideline
To ensure each POS must maintain level of inventories as given guideline
- POS visibility : way of presentation of brand in a POS
Upon PLV maintenance plan, to order new or additional PLV, deliver them to needed POS, and to encourage POS staff to use them properly. In addition, maintenance status of Espace POS should be closely watched over, and appropriate actions should be taken pro-actively to dealers, interior contractor

Quality Report and cooperation with customer service center/ SCM
CS handling from WS partners and c communication with Technical Center
Regular monitoring for WS 2C stock collaborated with technical center, distribution center, customer service team in retail and WS stock management
Initiative to follow up action plan for WS 2C stock management

WS Partners Engagement and communication
Responsible for organizing required sales workshop and incentive trip for POS staff
For efficiency & effectiveness of sales meeting, profiles of all POS staff must be prepared and updated periodically.
Communication with dealer, DFS operators & POS as well collaborated with DFS’ Agent
Collaboration with all dealers, DFS operators & their staff to achieve sales target
Person Specifications:
Academic / Professional Qualifications
· Good computer skills related MOUS (PPT, Excel, Word)
· English required (English documentation and translations)
Work Experience
· At least 3- 7 year s of relevant experience, preferably from wholesale or retail background
Required Competencies
· Database knowledge
· Positive and open-minded
· Strong caliber in analysis and accurate skills
· Ability to perform complicated analysis like forecasting, regression, and cannibalization.
· Patient and detail-minded, with constant innovation and work dynamic
· Fast learner and a team-player
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills as it will be the most required skills.
· Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
· Strong team oriented.
