As an HR Analyst, you can expect to be working with everyone in the business on a wide range of projects. We don’t pigeonhole people, instead, we let our teams expand and hone their talents.

We use a strong stack here at Watchfinder, and we’re not afraid to try new technologies or techniques and we’re also not afraid to drop them either.

 

Coupled with a lot of international expansion and system scalability, we also have some exciting HR projects that you can get your teeth stuck into! Trust me, you will want to work on these projects!

 

The HR Analyst role is a brand-new role to the HR team at Watchfinder. Therefore, the individual would be a real self-starter who likes to get stuck into lots of data!

 

You will be a pro with Excel, with some experience on data visualisation tools.

 

You will be exposed to may senior stakeholders in this role, providing them with valuable insight on all people analytics such as turnover, headcount, payroll and be involved in the workforce planning and budgeting process.
