MAIN PURPOSE

 

The role is integral to the overall success of E-Business strategy at Piaget China. The primary goal of the E-Biz team is to drive growth of revenues through the web and contact center channels by providing e-Marketing and e-Commerce capabilities at Piaget.cn, WeChat Store and future marketplace e-stores.

 

Main role of the new recruit is to drive

 

 

       KEY RESULT AREAS AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·  Develop e-commerce marketing strategies for improving qualified traffic to Brand site, including campaign concept, Search, and omini marketing practises. Manage and drive the online activity planning in line with the seamless sales strategy.
·  Analyses sales, products info, offer, stock and coordinates E-com activities between departments (call-center, central stock, marketing & communication, retail network, supply chain etc.); and take necessary actions based on those results.
·  According to the seasonal marketing and assortment plan, drawing up and implementing online campaigns (including proposal, campaign preparation and execution, summary and report). To ensure the campaigns are launched 360 in all channels and differentiate online sales strategy to meet the sales target.
·  Work with Tmall and various partners in designing and planning for various ecommerce campaigns to achieve sales, marketing and other KPIs (Store follower, members, CTR, conversion rate, etc)
·  Maintain Ecommerce social and content to ensure on-brand exposure and engagements within Tmall.
·  Analyse and assess the effectiveness of the e-commerce activities, marketing campaigns (paid, earned) and current needs based on new technology and market competition
·  To refresh the site on time based on online store plan. Via analyzing consumers’ purchase behavior and online sales performance, to adjust the content and banner positions to raise online sales conversion rate.
·  Plan and ensure production of necessary assets in line with marketing and merchandise goals; supervise and review for copy as well as key selling points of EC activities.
·  Dialog with international team for maintenance, change requests, and enhancements of site and support programs.
·  Support to review and monitor the status of all orders and processing in the Systems.
·  Work closely with CRM team to come up with e-CRM strategies for activating and retaining online consumers.
·  Develop and optimize EDM/newsletter performance.
·  Help to manage EC front-end & back-end activities.
·  Help to manage Contact Center team with regular review of processes, Concierges competencies evaluation, service targets, and ambassadors training.
·  Lead various development projects, ensuring project timelines are updated regularly and coordinated with all resources to ensure a successful implementation.

·  Must be fluent in English, spoken & written. Excellent communication and exceptional interpersonal skills; effective and persuasive.
·  Strong know how about e-commerce rules and practices in China, 3-5 years’ working experience in digital marketing and e-commerce position, at least 2 years solid experience in e-commerce operation.
·  Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills, strong command on Google Analytics, Back-end Data analyses, and reporting skills.
·  Strong in marketing and creative aesthetic sense.
·  Experienced with eCommerce-driven campaign, schemes and asset production.
·  Must be experienced with Tmall ecosystem and marketing and operations.
·  Skill in UX, H5, PS is a plus.
·  Ability in evaluating and optimizing service performance
·  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Life Science or Computer Sciences 
·  Highly innovative, productive and efficient with excellent time-management skills
·  Must be a strong team player, and possess the ability to work in a dynamic, consumer service oriented environment

·  Minimum 3 years ecommerce experience with the luxury retail industry (including luxury fashion, cosmetics, lifestyle goods, etc)
