dunhill – Retail Operations Administrator

(Fixed-Term Contract – 12 months)

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

You will be integral in providing administrative support for the Western Regions Operations function. Working heavily alongside the Regional Sales team & Retail Managers in order to maximise sales opportunities, whilst providing operational efficiency.

As a significant point of contact for sales order management, it is vital to develop proactive relationships with key contacts from around the business – dealing with order processing, stock control and shipment as well as assisting retail operations with their accounts.

You will also play a key role in the aftercare process; handling returns and liaising directly between the client, warehouse and credit control to find the best resolution possible.

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

You will portray an attitude of ownership for the retail results and display a constant drive to provide quality support.  Having a strong attention to detail will enable you to ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner, as well as conducting system related tasks efficiently and to a high standard.

Having a commercial mind-set is key – working alongside the Retail Managers to achieve and exceed the department’s objectives and KPIs. You will have a natural ability to self-evaluate and communicate relevant analysis/reports to the commercial team and merchandisers.  

Relationship building and stakeholder management will contribute hugely to your success. Leveraging on both internal and external partnerships will ensure a high standard of service and a seamless experience for clients.
