KEY RESULT AREAS AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    Key responsibility 1

Monitor daily boutique operation, including but not limited to retail sales recognition, boutique day-end procedures, report analysis and preparation. Ensure accurate sales cutoff and compliant operations in boutiques. 

    Key responsibility 2

Responsible for managing new boutique openings, internalizations and closings. Support financial arrangements during brand events.

Coordinate cross functions for troubleshooting and upgrade finance service to support business development. Support in finance project planning and implementation. Delivery of training to boutiques. 
    Key responsibility 3

Responsible for launch of new procedures in boutiques when a loophole is found, when a new law arrives, when a productivity improvement is identified and etc. 

    Key responsibility 4

Responsible for boutique stock take arrangement and consignment confirmation. 

    Key responsibility 5
Lead a team of 4 staffs and develop team with solid expectations. 

 

JOB PROFILE

Education
Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Finance preferred

Experience
At least 5 years of experience, out of which 2 years in a managerial role with multi-nationals with similar scope of operations in Mainland China;

Luxury/Finance is not a must; and candidates with solid retail shared services background and track record in working with finance will be considered

Skills required
Full financial knowledge equipped, he or she need to understand the finance flows in each function, especially in sales recognition, AR reconciliation. 
Good communication and presentation skill
Fluent in English, Mandarin and with significant PRC exposure
