AP Accountant

Job description

KEY RESULT AREAS AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·  Daily processing of SAP PO vendor payment and VIM vendor payment
·  Prepare monthly manual accrual and related adjustment entry
·  Perform monthlyaccounts reconciliation
·  Timely follow up and clear long aged AP items
·  Support on AP related process improvement and projects

 

JOB PROFILE 

 

Education

Bachelor degree in finance and accounting or related

 

Experience

Minimum1year working experience in Accounting AP, Familiar with SAP system is a plus

 

Skills required

Good communication skill andfluent oral & written English

Good at Microsoft, i.e. excel, PPT preparation

 

Behavioural Competencies

Be independent enough to handle those vendor payment requests

Be confident and patient when communicate with payment requestors

Could work under pressure, willing to learn and grow graduallyin AP team.
