Description du poste :
The main tasks are:
Increase the sales of B2B Mobility Solutions (multiply by 3 the volumes, turnover and margin by 2023)
- Being responsible of its entire business in the United States Zone
- Looking for new business opportunities in order to increase the sales and the profitability of our B2B solutions, including new channels like call center & web sales.
- Doing some benchmark in various countries to keep one step ahead
- Lead the business KPI and establish some actions to reach the targets, animate sales channels.
- Proposition of a commercial policy (incentive, PAYPLAN, POLCO, special operations…)
- Develop direct sales to the end customers
- Develop the relationship with the NSC & Importers
Develop sales and marketing actions on all the sales channels
- Lead the relationship with local partners
- Train/manage the sales teams and help them in their sales with the customers
- Realization and updating of business documentations (user guides, Q&A, customers presentation, sales pitches, video presentations…)
- Provide to the training teams the product documentation
- Lead the follow-up of training with the HR department
- Presentations to the customers with the NKAM, IKAM, and business advisors
- Do demonstrations of the different interfaces solutions and ROI tables
- Launch test phases with the customers
- Be proactive on communication and marketing topics
- Collect customer feedbacks, go to some exhibitions, participate to conference etc…
- Manage the customer satisfaction (increase the score from 7,5 to 8,5/10)
- Manage the KPI
- Follow-up of corrective actions with the Business and Product Owners
- Analysis, evaluation and consideration of new customer requests related to the Business Owner
Main skill requirements
- Business school + concrete experience in the field
- Leadership : sales team management experience
- Oriented business results and customer satisfaction
- Important knowledge of the B2B market especially in the M2M, e-commerce, mobility fields
- Relational ease
- Tenacity and determination to succeed in changing conditions
- Rigor, autonomy
- Fluent in English & French
- Other languages could be appreciated (Arabic, Hebrew…)
- Having fully demonstrated its ability to operate in a fully international environment
