Do you have experience working as a platform engineer on the Workday platform with eagerness to continue to grow and develop yourself on this platform?
Procter & Gamble is looking for a person with strong technical skills and high attention to detail to play a key role in transitioning from the current core Human Resources (HR) systems to a singular cloud-based software-as-a-service model, then sustaining quality execution of the system consistent with the strategic needs of the company. As a Workday Platform Engineer, you will have responsibility for overall Workday platform management, operations and governance.
With us, you will:
•Join us during our Workday migration project and have a direct impact on how the platform will be integrated into the P&G HR landscape
•Manage the platform and support with incident management once the integration has taken place (using ITIL processes)
•Be responsible for maintenance & monitoring of Workday integrations and development of new integrations
•Be responsible for Workday platform related incident resolution and status reporting
•Support & management of data anonymization/scrambling for Workday tenants and support audit and compliance activities
•Manage Workday twice a year new release cycles from platform point of view
Qualifications
Apply if you have:
•Experience with Workday from a platform level, including tenant and toolkit management, integration management, and management of the twice yearly new releases from Workday
•Workday platform level operations experience
•Experience with middleware and connectivity/integration technologies – such as SFPT, TIBCO, etc.
•A Bachelors or Masters level degree in Computer Science, Computer/Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial/Systems Engineering, (or similar Technical degrees).
•English at business fluency
