Supply and Procurement Analysts play a critical role in P&G as key interfaces managing the flow of products and inventory at contract manufacturers and manufacturing facilities while ensuring we meet customer expectations and performance. From Day 1, as a key leader in the business team, you are responsible for determining the production plans balanced against customer forecasts and demand and working to develop procurement and materials.Are you ready for the challenge? You will be a part of The Art of Shaving brand of products and a key member of the business team enabling our national and category results. Your Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include:

· 
Leading resolution on critical business issues and using data and engagement to develop solutions quickly

· 
Interact and working across multi-functional project teams

· 
Managing customer demand and supply requirements, inventory

· 
Building and managing the procurement/purchasing infrastructure for vendor materials

· 
Working with contract manufacturers on scheduling and planning

· 
Interface and relationship withsuppliers/vendors

Qualifications

We believe in order to be able to perform on the job, you will need the following skills:

·  Strong leadership skills and experience working in or leading teams
·  Strong technical, interpersonal and analytical skills
·  Proficiency with computer applications with intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word and other Office applications.
·  Capable of learning computer applications quickly in a Windows environment
·  Experience with maintaining accurate records and data
·  Strong communication skills
·  Interact with multi-functional project teams
·  High levels of trust and integrity
·  Able to review large quantities of data to identify abnormalities and provide clear rationale for resourcing a solution against it. High level of attention to detail.
