Are you a purchasing expert who wants to support the Materials Supply Management (MSM) team, and enjoys data analysis and reporting? The Purchasing Analyst provides monthly reports with requested analysis to support Loss Analysis and Supplier Capability and Optimization processes. You would also assist in data analysis for resolving current supply chain defects.

Your Team

This role reports to the Purchasing Manager and will be part of the purchasing team supporting the region.

What Success Looks Like

You can strongly communicate on behalf of P&G from an operational perspective. You can be meticulous and own all supplier base capability systems such as Site Level Execution Agreements (SLEA), scorecards, Supplier Schedule Performance (SSP) measurements. It is also expected that you actively identify improvements to the Global Systems and works with the Regional Process Owner for testing and implementation of Global Process changes.

Responsibilities


·  Analyse data and prepare reports on supplier reliability, defect reporting, loss analysis, supplier scorecards etc.
·  Liaise with key suppliers and own Site Level Execution Agreements and process
·  Develop and align on supplier action plans to build supplier base capability to meet inventory glide paths and cost savings projects
·  Root cause analysis with suppliers
·  Utilise purchasing systems, and proactively identify improvements and implement global process and system changes
Qualifications

·  FMCG Purchasing experience across multiple countries would be an advantage
·  Strong administrative and data analytical skills
·  Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
·  Digital & Data savviness is a plus
·  Strong interpersonal and communication skills
