Description

· 
Handling daily customer quality orders, ensure the order accurate and timeliness.

· 
Providing order related daily customer service by acting as communication interface between P&G and customers, help customer to seek the order related issue and effective critical issue to KU/managers.

· 
Chip in customers service and help on SAMBC, case fill rate, billing accuracy, call service, customer rejection, customer complaint, order process timely, and delivery on time, etc.

· 
Leading or supporting action plan development to continuously improve customer service results and process efficiency

· 
Cover mentioned responsibilities above when backup other CSR job.

· 
Participate and chip in the OM related customer projects.

Qualifications

· 
Bachelor degree or above.

· 
Good command of English both at speaking & writing.

· 
Strong sense of responsibilities, willing to learn.

· 
3 month qualification after hands-on job.

· 
Pass the CSO basic level qualification within 1 years.

· 
Pass the CSO Intermediate level qualification within 2 years.
