Description

Our Belleville manufacturing site is seeking highly motivated, reliable and flexible individuals with a commitment to safety and total quality to be part of our diverse operating teams.

Production Associates are hired for Full-Time entry level manufacturing positions. Production Associates are responsible for keeping production flowing in their area, for meeting performance goals, following safe practices, and for maintaining the high level of quality that consumers expect from our products.

Production Associates do various types of work, driving fork and clamp trucks and running high-speed converting and packing equipment. Production Associates are expected to be able to work well individually and as part of a team handling multiple priorities.

To perform the work described above in our manufacturing atmosphere, Production Associates; lift 40 pounds by bending; climb, stand, and move around on stairs, ladders and platforms; twist, turn and bend and stand on concrete floors for extended periods of time. Further, the Production Associates will be maintaining and cleaning automated equipment; have interpersonal and problem-solving skills; and basic knowledge of computers. Additionally, the safety of our Production Associates and our work force is of great importance to Procter & Gamble. Production Associates will be required to wear appropriate safety equipment, such as safety shoes, hearing protection, eye protection and will be required to hold a valid Class G Drivers Licence.

Production associates are paid a competitive wage with a salary range of $18.00 to $19.40 per hour including Retirement Pension Plan and Health and Dental Benefits.

Shift schedules are: 7 day/12 hour, days and nights; rapid rotation; receiving an average of 42 hours/week.
