Are you passionate about solving tough challenges? In this role, you will be able to contribute and build skills in process and formulation development and technical mastery in these areas including raw material qualifications, stability and scale up. It will include working on multifunctional teams to deliver regional projects and initiatives. There will be a focus on utilization of the tools within process and formulation in initiative management, such as Tech Learning Plans, Design Briefs, Risk assessments for overall technical readiness. Your work will include developing strategic plans within the process, formulation and scale up to support the NA initiative master plans. You will work closely with the manufacturing plants to support scale up/launches as well as create the technical learning plans and execute the plan working across R&D,QA, Packaging, Engineering, MSM, SPS, Purchasing, Marketing to ensure project delivery with excellence and on time.


Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a MS or BS degree in the field of Chemical Engineering or Bioengineering.

Experience in the development and delivery of formula and process initiatives. Will need to deliver changes at the manufacturing site scale in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Must be capable of following initiative work processes and communicate risks and status appropriately to the team and leadership. Proven ability to collaborate across multi-functional organizations and disciplines. Successful candidates in this role will be required to work with a multifunctional team both within the business centers and in the production facilities to develop & execute aligned technical learning plans, qualifications, and validation documentation. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Ability to share project updates, write learning plans and summaries, articulate key learnings and recommendations, and influence decisions needed by team/management. The aptitude to learn quickly and reapply learning is critical. Strong problem solving and proven technical skill development is important. The candidate should have technical curiosity and seek to learn and understand to a level that they become a technical resource for the business.
