We are seeking talents for our Consumer Health Distribution Business for the position of:
Merchandising Coordinator
Non-management full-time position
Start date : As soon as possible.
Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León & Guadalajara - Jalisco
Work schedule: full-time position.
Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, Biology.

Personal Health Care is a rapidly growing and exciting business that includes OTC and RX products. This business has a bold plan for growth, desiring to reach more consumers with superior health and wellness products, via the introduction of new brands and products, global expansion of existing products and a strong innovation pipeline.
About the role:
The main objective as a Merchandising Coordinator is to develop, control and manage all the strategic Point of Sales of modern channels, through all current and potential distribution channels. ¿How? Improving the visibility and availability of all Consumer Health product portfolio, including the consolidation of the visibility of Dolo-neurobion®, Dolo neurobion® OTC and Vivera®.
Scope of the job:
•Develop visibility programs for coordinators and merchandisers, in order to ensure the achievement of sale out targets.
•Managing negotiations with customers to achieve additional spaces for our products and with retail and pharmacy chains to avoid out of stocks.
•Supervision of activities at drugstores and supermarkets nationwide to verify the presence of products at the point of sale.
•Reporting status about the requirements and activities in pharmacies and all the points of sale, as well as the needs of their staff.
•Align with the Environmental Management System according to what applies at the area and / or Department of Labor.
•Ensure the Sales force and pharmacy staff has the correct training about our main products in point sales. Also, ensure the capacitation for the merchandisers' force to support and improve the performance of the Key Performance Indicators.

•Live in Monterrey or Guadalajara.
•At least 4-5 year of experience on Pharma Industry.
•Pharma experience running OTC (Over the counter) and RX (Medical prescription) Portfolio.
•Experience in Sales, trade marketing, fieldwork, negotiation with pharmacies, retailers and distributors.
•Great leadership skills and passion for People Development
•Intermediate or advanced communication in English
•Teamwork & Customer orientation, “can-do" attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results.
•Creativity, innovation, initiative, follow-through, good communication skills, and priority-setting
•Total travel availability inside the Mexican Republic according to assigned route
