Overview of the Role

P&G's product claim texts and artwork on our bottles is a critical business process as it provides the information needed for shopper communications to select, use and dispose of our products.

As a Marketing Process Coordinator for Haircare, you will handle the end-to-end product claim text and artwork process for our products, and coordinate across different multi-functional teams (Regulatory, Legal, Consumer Relations and R&D) to get the needed content. You're responsible to ensure quality product and packaging claim texts, including regional translations working across translation agencies across different markets.

Your Team

This role will belong to our supply chain network, but you will report directly into the Marketing team to the Brand Manager of the Haircare category. You will need strong collaboration with the brand team and the supply chain team. You are a key player in engaging multi-functional teams, Design, Marketing and Legal to optimise artwork processes.

What success looks like

The role manages a high level of complexity on an annual basis. This role is responsible for documenting procedures and training materials. More importantly, you are someone who loves to optimise processes, and ensure ongoing process improvements across all markets.

You will also be the key point of contact to regional translation agencies, and be an individual who excels in collaboration and building relationships to get things done on time.

Key Responsibilities

•Own product and artwork claims, and ensure all claims are accurate in the system and approved per project timelines & per process

•Solve issues and define process improvements

•Conducts gap analysis on a regular basis and make recommendations for product & packaging claims & content quality process improvement. Ensure quality & timely hand over process to next project gate owners

•Manage Translation agency relationships including developing & delivering coaching/training that ensures all translations are accurate, meeting quality expectations & approved on time.

•Collaborate across multiple teams with high level of detail


•Minimum diploma level qualification required, with preference for marketing, business, supply chain, process optimization fields
•2-6 years of relevant work experience is required
•High level of attention to detail, highly organized to manage project plans, timelines & complexity
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to adapt/adjust as changes are needed
•Strong communication & relationship building skills
•Confidence to drive process optimization and rigour with partners & ensure they deliver their outcomes as required
•No technical background is required as training in all systems & processes will be completed on the job
