Currently we are looking for candidates for a

Managerial Traineeship in the Consumer & Market Knowledge department

Duration: 6-12 months

Start: as soon as possible

Work schedule: minimum. 32 hours/week

Location: Zabraniecka 20, Warsaw (company bus available to take you to/from work)

Responsibilities

The Consumer & Market Knowledge (CMK) team is at the forefront of market trends – and a voice for the consumer. Integrating shopper needs and market understanding to catalyze business growth, CMKs do it across all our brands, every day. We hope you're ready to lead our teams to breakthrough innovations!

What will you be doing:

·  Discover consumer and shopper insights to influence business decisions and strategies;
·  Identify market, trade and consumer trends;
·  Analyze business questions via market analysis and qualitative & quantitative research;
·  Work in multifunctional teams consisting of Marketing, Sales, Finance;
·  Learn different research tools from Big Data to ethnography.

Qualifications

We are looking for:

·  A person with curiosity for consumer behavior, and how it ties in with business decisions;
·  A strong analytical thinker (Big Data & Data Science background desired);
·  Initial experience with data analysis tools (Python, R, Power BI) would be beneficial;
·  Very strong leadership and collaboration skills;
·  A positive attitude towards challenges and change;
·  Students of 3rd, 4th or 5th year of studies or graduates up to 12 months after graduation;
·  Fluency in English and Polish.
