Role Title: Data Architect
Location: Warsaw, Poland (Zabraniecka 20)

Data Architect role in Governance organization is critical to a sustainable success of the Master Data transformation program. Information and Data Architecture will determine the scope of data attributes, how they connect on a conceptual and physical data model level, how they get created, transformed and consumed (and whether they are consumed) across multiple master data and transactional systems (both on work process, application and interface level). The Architect will ensure that the organization is equipped with the right tools and knowledge to manage and govern their information/data through data catalogue, data lineage and other capabilities. The Architect will closely collaborate with Application/Technology Architect, and with other relevant architects (Enterprise Architects, Analytics Architects). This role ensures capable master data processes and tools are in place to execute work.

With us you will:

·  Determine the scope, creation process, data flow and usage of product data attributes, how they connect on a conceptual and physical data model level, how are created, transformed and consumed in P&G to enable new product initiatives and customer/consumer expectations
·  Ensure that the master data organization is equipped with the right tools and knowledge to manage and govern product data through data by developing a conceptual, logical and physical model for product attributes
·  Lead organizational engagement and drumbeat towards a single data catalogue starting with all product attributes, starting from business terms down to application metadata
·  Train and enable the organization to execute their own analysis of attributes, and profiling based on business questions
·  Step change master data services work process / business process documentation in a way that accelerates process understanding across the organization
·  Collaborate with Data & Analytics Information Architect to ensure that data is not created twice for the same purpose, and that the right process and systems of records are selected to address business needs of Core Data Lake / Data Hubs
·  Establish a lineage approach and capability to enable the vision of real time data monitoring (i.e. attribute A of product B with version C is currently stuck in the system of record due to interface issue)
·  Work cross-functionally across the business in influencing and leading key stakeholders within the towards the business common vision
·  Understand security and regulatory driven requirements as it pertains to managed data attributes
Qualifications

Apply if you have:

·  Previous experience in data management as data architect / information architect, dealing with aspects like data modelling, data architecture, data profiling, understanding data flow and preparing data catalogues
·  Good understanding of application management and different software development methodologies
·  Proficient English and bachelor’s degree as a minimum
·  DAMA practitioner certificate and SAP experience would be an advantage
