As GDPR & Trial Marketing Assistant, you will be working in two important areas for the business:

·  you will have a role in ensuring that Northern Europe marketing activities are GDPR compliant. This is a good opportunity for a very detailed oriented person with some previous experience in GDPR, with a passion for understanding processes (going into all details ensuring none is left out) writing/updating and deploying Standard Operating Procedures and with a proven track record of administrative excellence.
·  you will also be involved in executing parts of some UK/Ireland Trial programs and in ensuring stewardship compliance of these programs. This is an opportunity for a person with project management experience who can juggle more projects at the same time and who has a passion for legal/stewardship regulations (ensuring project are kept compliant).
·  Be a Functional Expert, this type of role is focused on supporting a series of work processes in a specific function. Typical Functional Specialist roles are assistants, planners and forecasters.
On GDPR, you will :
·  Contribute to the maintenance of the GDPR Inventory (record of data processing activities) to ensure its up to date: 1/ assess new activities / vendors from GDPR point of view and upload assessments in inventory; 2/ periodically check the existing records to ensure they are still correct and compliant; 3/ map all internal marketing processes & external vendors involved in these processes, identify & fix potential GDPR issues and activities that have not been added to the GDPR inventory yet.
·  Provide consultancy to marketing teams on how to make their marketing activities GDPR proof.
·  Help train the marketing organization on GDPR topics and lead deployment of GDPR updates.
On TRIAL, you will:
·  Be involved in executing one of the Trial Programs– project management for content deployment to consumers and for competitions prizes fulfilment.
·  Implement stewardship compliance guidelines for some of the programs executed by the UK/Ireland organization (for example for the Couponing programs).

Qualifications


Skills, qualifications and experience required
Your profile:
·  You have a minimum previous experience in GDPR of 3 months.
·  You have previous experience in a specialist Marketing role (digital marketing, ecommerce, traditional/offline marketing), within the FMCG sector.
·  You have a Master’s degree
·  You have a passion for processes, understanding how things work and putting them in order.
·  You have an analytical mindset and you operate with discipline
·  You are eager to learn and understand new marketing areas (to be able to then assess the GDPR implications and to advise marketing teams how to ensure GDPR compliance)
·  You have excellent communication skills and are a collaborative individual.
·  You are organized and detail oriented.
